What people get wrong? They always focus on price.

Tip: Understand what the requirements of the business are. Focus on the things that are important to the company.

  • Quality
  • Cost
  • Collaboration
  • Compliance

My recommendation is to do it the opposite way, start with the people that can give you the service you want. Once you got only comparing “apples to apples”, then you start looking at the price.
